Police were called to a restaurant after a man exposed himself in front of customers in Florida.
Officers of the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) arrested the man on Saturday night after witnesses said he urinated in front of them.
According to the police report, 45-year-old James Steadman was sleeping in booth
inside the Steak ‘n Shake on E. Fowler Avenue in Tampa.
At around 11:40 p.m., he got up, unzipped his pants, exposed his genitals, and
began urinating on the floor of the restaurant’s dining room.
